the sites shown in the exchange. We dissociate ourselves hereby
totally from these contents.

By joining www.visitor-exchange.com you agree to abide by these rules

- only one account permitted per person.

- we reserve the right to exclude persons without reason from our membership.

- " Spam " is forbidden i.e. We do not permit unwanted advertisement in the form of e-mails to recruit entries in newsgroups and forums to generate Referals.

- normal operation and/or the continuous availability cannot be guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for damage of any kind.

- we reserve the right to change the offered services at any time. The members will be informed of these changes.

- it is permitted to save no more than 2000 Credits, because if everyone only saves, such a system cannot function correctly. Assets over 2000 Credits are deleted.

- sites that force installation of a Dialer or the like are also de-activated and warned.

- sites with more than one PopUp are de-activated and warned.

- sites, which register themselves as a starting site or Bookmark, are
de-activated and warned.

- Erotic sites, which are not so indicated, are, likewise,de-activated and warned.

- sites that try to install, without permission, a Dialer, are put, without
preliminary warning, on the public Blacklist.

- no hacker sites are permitted.

We do not allow sites which break frames. After the 3rd Caution, the offending email address and website will be placed on our Blacklist (details in our FAQ)

- we reserve the right with each offence against the AGBs the
following steps: Charges for fraud or image damage, deletion of
assets and/or the Referrer, reduction of the Exchange ratio.

- You accept that from time to time we send you a newsletter informing you about new services or other related items from our Company

- we reserve the right to change the Rules at any time without previous announcement. This is communicated to each user, and he must accept the changed Rules in order to be able to participate further. If the user accepts the changes, these become immediately effective. If the user does not accept the changed Rules, he is not further entitled to participate further. Any accumulated " assets " are lost thereby.
